Built by Experts very well exceeded my expectations. When we did encounter an issue, as you do in large project, Simon and team resolved the matter promptly. In the end we did not have any issues that went unresolved. Built by Experts team provided excellent ideas and advice throughout the project. I liked Simon's direct communication and feedback on ideas. The project tracked to our budget and only deviated when we expanded scope. We didn't have any budget surprises. In several cases we changed plans and Simon was able to make the change without increases budget. Simon stands by the quality of his work and the quality materials used. We even had materials fail that Simon replaced over a year later. Without question I would refer Built by Experts to anyone considering a renovation of any size.

I wanted to inform you that the gentlemen that performed the work on my basement and bathroom were awesome! The first day they arrived they introduced themselves and let me know what would be going on. They arrived early each day and got right to work.
